ABOUT THIS ROLE

You’ll also engage our alumni to build a community of NIQ advocates, and a potential boomerang talent pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with stakeholders to identify the volume of early career hiring required each year, and advise local recruiting teams on university partner selection based on the skills and qualifications required.

  • An experienced influencer, you will engage and drive the recruiters around the world who hire our early career talent.

  • Select and maintain strong partnerships with required vendors to ensure delivery of all necessary activities such as job boards, grad fairs, career fair platforms etc.

  • Leverage innovative and creative ideas and strategies to create and execute an annualised EC hiring plan for NIQ.

  • Design and implement clear and effective processes to plan and coordinate EC activity.

  • Own the design and implementation of early careers assessment workflows and processes. Leverage the appropriate vendors, within budget, to support the right assessment process for applicants.

  • Develop and grow the NIQ Alumni program to engage with, and build a community of, NIQ advocates. Create referral of opportunities as a talent pipeline, as well as driving awareness among the Alumni community of current vacancies in the event they can be attracted back to NIQ.

  • Drive metrics and processes to better measure achievements and learn for future EC campaigns.

  • Clearly communicate all efforts to key stakeholders throughout the company, as necessary.

  • Forge strong, strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders. Maintain a current, relevant and effective external network of EC industry experts and vendors.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

You enjoy working with stakeholders and executive leaders and understand their world and business needs.  You've led a global function or project, understand the unique challenges of engaging virtually, and can connect the dots of a matrixed organization.  You think outside the box and are on a continuous mission to improve and enhance.  A blank slate is exciting - new ideas, shaping a vision, executing with a team.
