Job Description

This role will manage the day-to-day execution of our digital strategy for Consumer Panel Recruitment and Engagement and related analytics (Google Analytics 360) and paid search (Google Ads), while also working within our Data Management Platform (Piano).

  • In conjunction with the Global Digital Media Marketing Leader, develop the consumer panel digital recruitment strategy, including responsibility for tracking and reporting on success measures of campaigns.
  • Organize and run marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat, YouTube) to acquire new panelists for consumer measurement
  • Promote and strengthen NielsenIQ consumer panels using social media platforms, taking into account creative, analytical and management aspects
  • Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media to attract new panelists and maintain the cooperation of existing panelists
  • Promoting content over social media, in a way that is consistent with NielsenIQ brand and social media strategy; working closely with Nielsen GlobalDigital Marketing team and in the regions
  • Improving and actively managing Nielsen Mobile App ratings
  • Interacting with consumers and query resolution (existing panelists and potential future panelists)
  • Managing 3rd party relation-ship as needed in the market to achieve the recruitment targets
  • Partnership with the global digital marketing team for the planning, execution and measurement of organic and paid campaigns on corporate social networks
  • Using analytics to drive content marketing decisions, optimize a user’s website experience and identify areas of opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (open to many fields, so long as you can demonstrate an interest in human behavior and foundational marketing tenets)
  • 5+ years in digital marketing
  • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
  • Must be a great communicator.
  • Ability to quickly learn, and be proficient with, various marketing platforms and solutions.
  • Ability to work & communicate with a wide range of different business groups and individuals.
  • Ability to be flexible with ever-changing demands and issues affecting the department.
