ABOUT THIS JOB 

At NielsenIQ, our obsession to have high quality data from Customized Intellignece operational execution is what we‘re doing every day. Every member of this team work in collaborative way to ensure data that we get from respondent is valid and has been followed standard operating procedure. Working together across functions, our Consumer Insight Data Science’s team looks and analyzes the data, so that the result will give insight to field and quality control team for them to evaluate the performance of their resources.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Fieldwork and Quality Control (key responsibilities)

  • Partner with QC and Field Team to set Fieldwork Quality thresholds and monitor the implementation throughout FW Period. 

  • Partner with End to End Scheduler/Project Management team to manage and monitor deployment of sampling plans

  • Overall owner of Data Science activities for the market / cluster

  • Custodian of market SOPs related to methodology, sampling and QC  

  • Review and sign-off final data for tracking study to ensure that all field execution has met quality metrics

  • Collaborate with CS and Operations team to review field execution in case of data irregularities  

Research Design (advisory):

  • Partner with CS to design questionnaire with simple, engaging and optimal length of interview.

Client Consulting (advisory):

  • Partner with CS to interpret data changes especially for tracking study.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2-4 years in market research industry 

  • Average-level knowledge of statistics

  • Average-level knowledge of data interpretation - ability to explain variance related to fieldwork variances and / or market dynamics

  • Good communication skills 

  • Ability to develop and implement SOPs relevant to market i.e questionnaire design, fielding and quality control

  • Ability to develop and implement training programs for CS (and / or clients) relevant to market on statistical best practices related to research methodologies

  • Ability to develop and implement training programs for CS, Operations, PM and QC relevant to market on statistical best practices related to sampling, and study design 

  • Good English proficiency
