This position supports instructional designers by transforming storyboards and scripts into engaging and interactive digital learning experiences, such as eLearning and videos, within committed timelines. ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a creative, solution-oriented digital training developer with 2-3 years' of experience. This position, within our Digital learning & performance team, is responsible for the development of digital training assets to support our industry-leading platforms and services. This role will have a direct impact on our clients’ learning experience and overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses knowledge of authoring software to develop best-in-class digital training assets (videos, eLearning, job aids) for NielsenIQ products and platforms
Works closely with instructional designers to execute against approved storyboards/scripts and committed timelines
Works alongside other digital design consultants to troubleshoot technical challenges and share best practices across projects
Ensures successful client delivery of finished product, which may include working with Learning Management System (LMS) and Answers Portal team members, loading assets into shared hosting sites, and building simple user interfaces for seamless user access to training assets
May record or edit audio files
May develop reusable assets for other developers (e.g. After Effects animations)
May interact directly with internal senior stakeholders, requiring excellent communication
May interact directly with high-profile clients, maintaining a high degree of service to customers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, Instructional Technology, Training, Multimedia Development or equivalent education / experience
At least 2-3 years relevant work experience
Experience with transforming technical content into an engaging and interactive learning experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to read and write in English
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage projects and deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality results
