Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Lead all product related and methods related aspects of store owner self-collection solution through MyStore app, including:
  • Definition, testing and implementation of store owner engagement and incentive model (incl. gamification)
  • Definition of data content and collection methods
  • Data quality assessment rules and methods
  • Data impacts evaluation criteria and methods

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partners with global stakeholders to advise on product and methodological considerations
  • Implements new methodology and KPIs
  • Serves as technical lead for the BAU methodology enhancements
  • Leads team of data scientists dedicated to a project and ensure delivery on time and per spec
  • Partners with DA Solutions team to understand the needs/concerns and identify and design appropriate methods and approaches to solutions

We’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in statistics, social science, economy, operation research, or other hard sciences (e.g. engineering, computer science, biology, physics etc.) 
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience 
  • Strong aptitude for data analysis 
  • Domain expert in at least one area: demography, sampling, statistical modeling, research practices, retail measurement, audience measurement, data integration, systems and applications architecture 
  • Very good communication, interpersonal, and writing skills 
  • Effective online/virtual and in-person collaboration skills
  • Ability to effectively lead a small team of technical experts 
  • Experienced in high-level programming languages (Python preferred) 
  • Knowledgeable with databases (e.g. SQL) & contemporary data processing engines
