ABOUT THIS JOB

In this role, you will act as a talent and key business partner that aligns our global HR programs with the needs of our business groups in Portugal. You will be responsible for partnering with business leaders in developing and executing a plan for our people initiatives that align and support business initiatives and overall HR strategy. Your responsibilities will include talent strategy for your client groups, employee relations, and working closely with managers on all HR-related needs such as engagement initiatives, talent development, succession planning, and organizational changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the client groups you support, you will need to:

  • Act as a key partner and trusted coach, understand business strategy and how it relates to our talent strategy and priorities.
  • Create value for our company through your functional expertise in Human Resources.
  • Work with local leaders on employee relations issues.
  • Work closely with our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) who are your experts and partners in compensation, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, and HR administration.
  • Act as an agent of change for our clients but also for our HR organization.
  • Lead the annual planning and review process for performance and incentives.
  • Shape the employee experience by driving engagement and retention initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role (including internships and work-study programs)
  • Experience working with diverse client groups and teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
