Our Connect Technology teams are working on our new Connect platform, a unified, global, open data ecosystem powered by Microsoft Azure. Our clients around the world rely on Connect data and insights to innovate and grow.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll act as the ‘glue’ that enables our technology recruiting team’s success. You’ll be directly responsible for a wide variety of initiatives that are critical to day to day operations, such as providing a top notch candidate experience, organizing interviews, coordinating events, and ensuring job boards positively represent the NielsenIQ brand. 

Our team is co-located and agile, with central offices in Chicago, Toronto, Madrid, Warsaw, Chenna and Punei. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Own the coordination of interviews and all associated logistics, such as travel, tools setup, confirmations, day-of requirements, etc

  • Work with a variety of systems, such as job boards, internal trackers, and our ATS.

  • Partnering with recruitment vendors and finance/P2P team to raise the invoices. 

  • Partner with recruiting on events preparation and execution, including job fairs, meetups, conferences and more

  • Manage pre-employment checks and partner with HR on various onboarding tasks.

  • Responsible for technology data quality checks, reporting and data maintenance. 

  • Build strong internal and external relationships.

  • Provide a seamless experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Act as a representative and champion of the NielsenIQ technology brand.

  • Identify and apply creative solutions to a wide range of problems.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE: 

  • Exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail

  • A customer service focus, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships 

  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to perform at a high-level under deadlines and/or pressure

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, should be well versed with advanced excels. 

  • A track record which displays a high level of initiative

  • Proven ability to solve difficult problems, and a passion for finding clean solutions 

  • Prior internship or full-time experience working in a professional environment

  • Minimum 1+ years of work experience in a fast-paced professional environment highly preferred 

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
