ABOUT THE JOB


BASES is expanding its footprint into industry verticals like Consumer Durables, Gaming, Financial Services, Restaurants, Telecom, and many more. We are looking for an individual who will bring research selling experience and knowledge of any of the above-mentioned industries and be able to aggressively develop business in this space. RESPONSIBILITIES


 Accountable for supporting the region in achieving and exceeding revenue targets through excellence in
partnership with BASES colleagues to meet client expectations and quality deliverables
 Ownership of high-quality client deliverables
 Independently leads client results conversations and is seen as a key point of contact
 Provide hands-on development of analysts, collaborates with analysts on projects, and coaching them towards independent management of projects.
 Act as a point of continuity for projects, with accountability for the first review to final approval on delivery
 Coach analysts on projects, guiding the development of quality analyses
 Drive capacity planning activities, to ensure work is being done efficiently and in a timely manner

 Client Leadership
o Own revenue targets for the Expanded Vertical for the Middle East market
o Business Development with key NielsenIQ clients focusing on verticals beyond FMCG
o Prepare proposals by accurately identifying study design and pricing.
o Leads client meetings, presents study results, and conducts external presentations, as appropriate
o Manages the overall success of client deliverables
o Accountable for the success of assigned projects
o Maintains client standards: deliverables, terminology, questionnaire standards, study designs, etc. and creates client playbooks
o Resolves or seeks support for resolution of project issues to maintain timing and delivery
standards

o Act as a final reviewer for project work, including forecasts

Client Satisfaction
o Works closely with Client Delivery and Analytics team to understand clients’ business priorities and opportunities for engagement
o Provides detailed feedback to inexperienced analysts and drives the development of senior analysts to ensure high-quality client deliverables
o Assist with special projects to provide extra value to clients
 

Analytical Excellence
o Strong understanding of research techniques/tools
o Well-versed in non-standard study types (ie restage, future state, complex optimization, etc)
o Ability to land complex results in a simple story
o Participate in thought leadership as defined by client requirements

Talent Management
o Provides analysts coaching and feedback on a study by study basis
o Identify development areas for analysts, looking for opportunities to stretch and grow junior talent and communicates it to the Analytics team
o Celebrate success and milestones of junior-level associates

Corporate Contributions

Takes on opportunities to contribute to the broader organization through task forces and special projects.
