Job Description

The Demand Generation Manager builds and manages the execution of multi-channel marketing programs that drive interest and fuel the sales funnel with Early Qualified Leads (EQLs) that will be nurtured to drive conversions and sales revenue. 

In this role you will work cross functionally with content marketing, product marketing and PR to build successful top of the funnel campaigns that will generate Early Qualified Leads (EQL’s) for solutions towards meeting sales revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns with focus on reaching a broad audience to drive awareness and interest to our suite of solutions. 

  • Work with salesforce administrators to build segmentation lists for email campaigns. 

  • Implement and manage multi-channel campaigns to activate demand and drive EQLs and fuel the sales pipeline.

  • Work with content team, marketing ops and creative team to build compelling assets and ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Build marketing KPI reports by pulling relevant metrics from each marketing channel. 

  • Manage submission for and trafficking of creative assets through the brand team.  

  • Analyze campaign performance to inform tactics and iterate as necessary.

  • Improve marketing processes that deliver operational efficiencies.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing ops and creative teams to ensure timely deployment of email campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the digital team to publish content on the website in a timely manner. 

  • In collaboration with the global content team, build and manage content plans that include social posts, articles, video and gated content. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.

  • At least 3 years of marketing or related commercial experience, in FMCG B2B environment, preferably executing some of the same tasks to be managed in the role.

  • Experience in digital marketing or commercial / sales role with a focus on lead activation.

  • Understanding of multiple marketing channels including email, paid social media, google ads and digital advertising. 

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce preferred.

  • Have passion for understanding the industry and building compelling marketing campaigns. 

  • Self-driven with natural curiosity to test and improve existing tactics and processes. 

  • Ability to iterate and optimize performance based on data.

  • Possess strong communication skills, including compelling promotional texts for social media and email. 

  • Possess technical acumen of marketing systems and processes, with working knowledge of Salesforce. 

  • Ability to grasp complex technology solutions. 

  • Project management skills and ability to present marketing campaign results. 

  • Hard skills - Tech-savvy, MS Office Suite, website metrics and marketing CRM/software tools.
