WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work on proof of concepts in the latest technologies to help guide the architecture of new systems and enhancements of existing systems
• Continuous learning to keep up with changes in software development and technologies
• Interact with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to construct complex software applications from verbal and written requirements.
• Contribute to the planning for acceptance testing and implementation of new software, performing configuration management tasks.
• Provide support to internal users, support staff, and vendor partners to assess production incidents, estimate application changes, and apply timely resolutions.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE:

• 2+ years of software development/engineering/testing/IT experience
• Curiosity, technology agnostic, willingness and ability to learn and apply new technologies to solve problems
• Practical experience in Java, C#, Python, or C++
• Experience in database technologies, such as MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase, Snowflake, or other RDBMS
• Practical knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithmic development.
• Prior experience with performance tuning
• Understanding and implementing complex algorithms and business logic
• Experience in designing complicated systems to be able to handle diverse types of data processing 
• Technology agnostic, willingness and ability to learn and apply new technologies to solve problems
• Experience working with Apache Spark - nice to have
• Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or a related discipline
