ABOUT THE ROLE

Advanced Analytics provides trade promotions management solutions, Assortment and Space solutions to clients. 

We bring big data analytics to our client's core business processes managing out of stocks, promotions, shipments, and payments. 

High-end technology including SQL Server, Hadoop, Impala, Microstrategy, and Power BI  are at the heart of our solutions, 

As we move from a project to a product organization you will be leading strategic initiatives to help us navigate this change within our price and promotion business. 

You will be a self-starter who is not afraid to put forward ideas and make decisions, you will be confident working with people at all levels within the business. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully lead complex & strategic initiatives

  • Continuously looking for ways to improve and optimize the area 

  • Ensure the business case for initiatives are defined, delivered and met

  • Gain expertise in our business processes, the data, and our applications 

  • Coordinating efforts of a wide team to deliver initiatives to a schedule

  • Follow change management disciplines 

  • Develop and document new processes and schemas

  • Lead internal workshops and create a culture of positivity  and engagement

  • Use a lean/six sigma approach in order to understand processes that are taking too long and quantify reductions in cycle time improvements

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of experience working in a project/change management or a team management position

  • Strong presentation, requirement gathering, and workshop facilitation skills 

  • Curiosity in data, technology and client business processes 

  • Experience of working in a technical environment, and can easily understand and adapt to new technologies

  • Relevant change management and/or  project management certification(e.g. Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, APMPl)

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment

  • Can learn and work Independently

  • Enjoys networking and building relationships

  • Excellent Communication Skills and fluent spoken and written English 

  • A background in FMCG would be an advantage
