SAP Portal Consultant - Pune
Job Title in Tracker: SAP Portal Consultant - Connect
ABOUT THIS JOB:
Responsible for executing day to day SAP production support activities in SAP Enterprise Portal involving cross-functional applications and Portal and Fiori administration along with third party SSO configurations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support tickets and cross-functional Production Change requests (HR techno-functional knowledge preferred)
Support Portal / Fiori administration activities and UI5 custom applications.
Ready to work on web solutions management, design and implementation
Manages and/or provides guidance for projects and solution design reviews
Assists with the development of strategic vision and direction for the enterprise team. Provides strategic input in technical space
Partners with customers and other teams to identify and resolve application and system issues within defined SLAs
Prioritize assigned work and daily work tasks with limited supervision
Stays up-to-date with technology and industry trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts
Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while consistently meeting objectives
Full life-cycle experience in architecting end-to-end enterprise portal applications
Deep expertise with all layers of portal core services, application integration, content management and security.
3 years of architecture and planning experience in the enterprise portal space

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years' experience with SAP Portal
Working knowledge on troubleshooting the issues and tips and tricks on fixing it
Ability to work with business to understand requirements and suggest appropriate solutions to meet the business need.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Hands-on-experience in portal administration activities including SSO implementation and NWDS deployments
Hands-on project experience covering technical / functional Skills for End-to- end configuration and customization SAP HCM related processes in ESS / MSS including knowledge in SPRO configuration (Portal Specific) .
Ready to work with different functional teams to help with cross functional issues.
Ready to work on any third party tools to support business
Should have good communication skills and should be a team player
BE/B.Tech/MBA/M.Tech/MSc
