ABOUT THIS JOB
NielsenIQ is a Market Research Company. We conduct surveys for organizations such as Pepsi, Unilever, Shan Foods. We sell them projects/surveys by understanding what information is needed by clients to make better decisions regarding their trade marketing activities. Our core product is Retail Tracking Surveys.
Working in this role, you will also manage relationships with assigned and prospective clients resulting in achieved revenue target and customer satisfaction, and support and to run independently the set-up & the execution of projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with your manager to make cold calls to prospective clients
  • Based on client discussions/research project briefs work on drafting proposals/pitch presentations
  • Manage clients expectations and delivery of projects
  • Provide comprehensive analytical support to clients, ensuring client satisfaction, positive business results
  • Working with assigned and prospective clients, achieve optimal personal revenue goals through maximized product sales and servicing
  • Stay up to date with NielsenIQ products, services, and applications.
  • Use and expand market knowledge
  • Answer client queries, prepare and conduct presentations, and deliver product training
  • Effectively communicate with clients to negotiate existing and new business opportunities
  • Develop effective working relationships within a team, other functions, and clients

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing or other related fields is a must, preferred Post Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Marketing or selling jobs
  • Demonstrated ability to sell products & services
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
  • Strong communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques
  • High level of client service skills and understanding of growth and brand strategy
  • Business acumen and good knowledge of the market dynamics
  • Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment
