製薬メーカーや医療機器メーカーをクライアントとして、クライアントのマーケティング課題を解決す る上で必要なリサーチを企画し、課題に応えるアウトプットを作成するまでの一連の業務。

業務責任

• リサーチの企画、調査票／インタビューフロー作成、集計仕様の作成、分析・レポート作成等、リサーチ業務全般に関してクライアントの窓口となり、必要な対応を行う
• 実査を担当する部署やデータ集計を行う部署等と連携し、必要なデータを正確かつ円滑に取得す
• る
• シニアスタッフのクライアント向けのプレゼンテーションなどのセールス活動のアシストを行う
• セカンダリーデータの収集や業務サポート等を通じてシニアスタッフをアシストする

必要とする人材
何が市場を動かしているかについて興味と好奇心がある。市場調査におけるパーセンテージへの意味に可能性を見出している。時間および締切日を自ら管理できる。非常に優れたオーガナイズ能力がある。クライアントとの繋がりを大切にしており、それが新しい角度のデータをふるいにかける動機となる。数字の裏にストーリーを見出し、常に次のものを探している。

• 4年制大学卒以上
• 定量調査における企画書作成、リサーチ設計、調査票作成、データ集計・分析、報告書作成等の実務経験1年以上
• 言語：ネイティブレベルの日本語、中級レベルの英語（少なくとも英文読解に抵抗感がないこと）
• PCスキル:中級レベル以上(Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and/or Google Spreadsheet & Slides)
• 統計解析ソフトウェア（SPSS、R等）使用経験
• 責任感、正確性、謙虚さ、誠実さ、チームプレイ志向、学ぶ姿勢、前向きな姿勢があること
