Sr.  Data Processing Specialist, MINOC, Vadodara

ABOUT THIS JOB

The Sr DPS role is responsible to ensure all client deliverables with high quality and timelines.
This role will be a bridge between Nielsen & clients from multiple industries, it will also be a
center of communication between all Nielsen superhubs in terms of client specificity & queries
handling


RESPONSIBILITIES


● Interface between the Operations and Client Facing Teams
● Responsible for the timely provision of resolution to client queries based on the agreed service
level to highest possible quality
● Responsible for resolving client queries using defined processes while ensuring clear and
transparent communication
● Needs to work with Salesforce tickets, driving resolutions and ensuring completion from
responsible teams
● Accountable for implementation and responsible for the coordination of BAU change requests,
including validation
● Update and maintain project documentation to ensure the highest quality deliverables
● Responsible for ongoing and annual maintenance of global deliverables
● Responsible for tracking and impact analysis of local data changes, including the coordination of
implementation timings
● Role to collaborate with; Operational Super Hubs (NOC, ROC, LatAm, MINOC), Local Countries,
Global Coding Teams, Global Report Centre, NISP, GTC Ops In Market Teams and Client
Facing Teams (GCL, Consultants, GSP, Commercial, Project Management)

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU


A successful Sr. Data Processing specialist ensures timely and with quality deliverables for the
client. This role is a bridge between operation & global clients for all types of industries like
(e.g. Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). S/he is expected to identify, investigate
and co-ordinate the resolution of data, process or product related queries and also be the point
of contact for commercial queries which also needs to be solved in an efficient and client
focused manner


QUALIFICATIONS


● Bachelor’s Any Graduate, preference given to Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce,
BBA
● 2-3 years of International operational experience
● Understanding of Nielsen products and RMS + CPS process

● Understanding of RMS technology platforms and solutions used
● Operations knowledge
● Proficient in Google platforms of collaborations/ MS office tools/ NAD/ Advisor / Nielsen Insight
Studio as a user
● Global Product Suite
● Understanding of Salesforce
● E2E knowledge of GTC process with downstreams and upstreams would be a plus
● FMCG knowledge
● Exposure to Nielsen data is a plus
● Relevant TCS experience- 1 year and above
● Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines
● A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail
● Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
● Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
● Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency
Soft Skills:
● Communication skills, Advanced English, both written and oral
● Ability to build relationships across regions and cultures to establish a network
● Influencing Skills, Coordination Skills, Troubleshooter, Negotiation Skills
● Ability to work under pressure and ask for support when required
