Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Victoria. This role is key to executing visually compelling showroom displays that maximise sales potential and uphold our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement floor layouts, merchandising and visual displays aligned with company guidelines.
- Maintain visual presentation standards and ensure planograms are accurately followed in each store.
- Manage stock placement, movement and clearances to support sales performance.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers to continuously enhance visual merchandising.
- Monitor product performance and provide recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain up-to-date store floorplans using Adobe Illustrator.
- Provide weekly updates and visual refresh plans for store execution.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional attention to detail across both creative presentation and stock control.
- Strong spatial awareness with the ability to create beautiful room settings and a genuine interest in interiors.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clear and effective communicator who can collaborate across sales, warehouse, and management teams.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel to assigned showrooms on a rotational basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Suite, particularly Illustrator (desirable but not essential).
- Interior design or visual merchandising background highly regarded but not essential.
