Job Description

Step into a role where every interaction counts. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will thrive on the buzz of the showroom, connecting with customers, uncovering their style, and confidently closing sales that transform houses into homes. 

About the role 

  • Use your empathy and commercial mindset to build trust and deliver a premium, end-to-end customer experience. 
  • Guide customers through design choices and product options so they can bring their vision for their space to life. 
  • Take ownership of your results, consistently working towards and exceeding your personal sales targets. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Deliver warm, emotionally intelligent customer service that creates loyalty and encourages repeat business. 
  • Engage customers with storytelling that helps them imagine how our furniture will elevate their home. 
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities, follow up leads, and close deals with confidence. 
  • Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently and correctly. 
  • Partner with the Showroom Manager and team to uphold high visual merchandising and presentation standards across the showroom.

    • Proven ability to close sales in high-value categories such as furniture, jewellery, automotive, or luxury goods. 
    • A natural hunter with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
    • high in emotional intelligence and able to build rapport quickly. 
    • Experienced in consultative selling and solution-based approaches. 
    • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable, even in high-traffic periods. 
    • Organised, professional, and collaborative with a growth mindset.
