We are seeking a front end developer to design and deliver finished, high quality, and compelling desktop and mobile websites and according to the agreed deadlines. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking and an excellent communicator. You should be available to join our team based in Managua, Nicaragua. This is an exciting position in a fast-moving team where you can provide immediate and lasting value to the company and international clients.

• PHP / MySQL /HTML5 / CSS3 / SASS / JavaScript / WordPress / NPM / Gulp/ Composer / Speed Optimization Upgrades
• Build and maintain complex WordPress-based applications, Themes, and Plugins.
• Integrate external data and APIs into the Wordpress site.
• Familiarity using Wordpress as a headless CMS using its REST API.  
• Widgets, custom post types, page templates, and modular designs.
• Implement complex features using modern PHP code and design patterns while following product specifications.
• Write high-quality code with readability, efficiency, and maintainability in mind (documentation and unit tests).
• Improve internal tools, libraries, standards, and Continuous Integration.
• Work with internal and external teams to diagnose and resolve bugs and support requests.
• Code review the work of other developers on Wordpress sites.
• Improve internal tools, libraries, standards, and Continuous Integration.
• Regularly check plugin compatibility and update plugins.
