Job Description

  • Assist in documenting standard operating procedures using new ticketing system.
  • Assist in migrating all internal knowledge base articles from one system to another.
  • Assist in answering client support phones, logging tickets, ticket routing and obtaining team escalations on behalf of our clients.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Currently enrolled in a accredited college or university.
  • Amazing attitude with the desire to learn.
  • Willing to have the best time ever!!!

Working Environment:

  • General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels. 
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed

Physical Demands:

  • Activities could require significant standing while onsite at customer practices
