Job Description

The Trainer will be responsible for providing on-site and virtual instruction to clients on how to use IntelleChart  Practice Management software products within their practice using best practices methodology. 

  • Schedule and deliver training to clients
  • Observe practice utilizing IntelleChart  practice management software in their workflow and offer improvement tips 
  • Provide onsite staff training following implementation/go-live as well as ‘refresher’ training on an as-needed basis
  • Provide training and support to front office and billing departments in a medical office
  • Conduct webinars
  • Provide thorough training reports post-training

You Offer

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience/exposure in ophthalmology, dermatology and/or plastic surgery
  • Passion for teaching and keen ability to coach others, including medical practitioners/doctors & staff
  • Experience as a trainer or practical experience as a practice management software trainer
  • Ability/willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Experience working with a clearinghouse, managing claims and posting payments is a must
  • Knowledge of eye care industry and best practices
  • Familiarity Practice Management and EMR software systems
  • Effective and professional communication skills, both oral and written, to complete principal duties and responsibilities

Working Environment:

  • General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels. 
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed, anticipated up to 70%

  • Activities could require significant standing while onsite at customer practices
