We are looking for a technically savvy individual who has a strong desire for professional advancement in the ever-evolving I.T. staffing industry. Our office in San Ramon, CA is now seeking a strong Technical Recruiter to be our Technical Staffing Specialist!

What You'll Receive:
• $60,000 - $70,000/year Start Base Pay DOE (Flexible for the right person)
• Generous Bonus/Commission Plan

What You'll Be Doing:
• Sourcing for technical candidates and matching them with client needs
• Temp-Perm Placements, Direct Hire Placements, Contract Placements
• Full Life-Cycle Recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, vetting, presenting to clients, onboarding, and hiring/firing on behalf of clients)
• Recruitment Marketing (Training Provided)
• Maintaining Client and Candidate Relationships

What You'll Need To Have:
• Self-Motivation to accomplish goals
• 2+ years prior Staffing/ Recruiting Experience with an I.T. focus (hiring Engineers, Developers, Technicians, etc.)
• Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) required Avionte Bold preferred
• Great interpersonal skills as you'll be interacting with clients and candidates daily
• Must be a fast-paced individual that is able to work on several projects simultaneously
• Associate's Degree or higher or comparable related experience preferred

Note: This position will start out remote but will be turning into an on-site position.
