the city of Port Harcourt. We are making urban travel more convenient
through safe, reliable and affordable rides by seamlessly connecting
riders to drivers through our eDrop taxi App.

Job Description

Measure the performance of campaigns to bring in new users and try to
optimize performance to yield the greatest ROI.
•       Managing and balancing, performance-oriented marketing goals to
improve company-level marketing target outcomes.
•       Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and emerging best practices in
the e-hailing space.
•       Stay on top of the latest user acquisition and industry trends to
provide product/services information, answer questions, and convert
potential customers.
•       Achieve challenging daily, weekly, and monthly targets and regularly
evaluate these targets when results fall short of target, understand why
and agree what to do differently to improve performance with Head of
sales.
•       Provide App users with an easy and friendly experience to identify and
meet customers’ mobility needs.
•       Understanding of consumer behavior and carefully researching customer
flash-points, and developing great growth strategies to drive market
success at these locations.
•       Responsible for driving go-to-market activities, competitive
intelligence, messaging, positioning, customer engagement and call-backs
handling quota.
•       Employ a strategic, analytical, and creative mind set to implement
best-in-class campaigns and run experiments to improve our understanding
of customer behavior while continually ensuring to deliver results.
•       Make contact and presentations to potential users to bring new users
to sign up with eDrop App.
•       Work closely with Head of sales to define and execute effective
strategies across different markets to ensure that strategies yield a
satisfactory return on investment (ROI).
•       Contribute to the development of sound profitable business by
on-boarding of new customers and increasing the customer’s portfolio.
•       Keep up to day with eDrop’s product updates and marketing campaigns to
ensure superior product knowledge.
•       Develop clear messaging that shares and differentiate our value
propositions to users in the marketplace that resonates with our target
audience.
•       Develop and deliver memorable consumer experience across all touch
points both offline, follow up and call backs, including marketing
activities such as product launches.
•       Measure and optimize the user’s journey as it relates to our mobile
App features adoption and usage, recognize and recommend opportunities
for improvement.
•       Measure and analyse the performance of all referral activities and
optimize marketing spend.
 

Qualifications

 OND or Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a field with
strong marketing, business development and communications background.
•       A deep understanding of consumer engagement behavior and how companies
can harness it for profitability and growth.
•       Ability to prioritize resources and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
•       Ability to find and test new marketing channels as part of the growth
strategy.
•       Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types
of characters
•       Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and
cold-calling
•       Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results with an
e-hailing taxi App
•       Tech savvy and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
•       Able to work independently in a field marketing environment
•       Organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and
meeting deadlines
