NextGen Protection Companies, Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Warehouse Clerk to join our growing team.

NextGen specializes in fire alarm/fire sprinkler installation, service, and inspections as well as other low-voltage services including security alarms, camera systems and access control.

1. Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
2. Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery.
3. Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
4. Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
5. Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
6. Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
7. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
8. Maintain warehouse & vehicle truck stock.
9. Maintain & Manage Inventory Control

Physical Supply Management & Organization, Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving, Fork Lift Certified & Experience, Able to Lift & Move up to 50lbs. or more
