Job Description

As a Digital Transformation Intern, you’ll partner closely with our portfolio companies’ leadership teams to drive tangible improvements across marketing, operations and digital transformation. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment—designing strategies, executing plans and rolling up your sleeves to get them done.

Work Location: Onsite, Landmark 81, HCM

Type: Internship, 40 hours / week

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Collaborate with the portfolio company’s marketing teams to define and execute multi-channel customer-acquisition strategies (digital performance focus)
  • Analyse campaign performance, establish KPIs and build reporting dashboards to track ROI and optimise spend.
  • Drive funnel enhancements and growth initiatives; support business in translating data into actionable insights.

2. Operations

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of strategic projects.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, governance frameworks and reporting structures.
  • Manage risk and resolve conflicts; troubleshoot operational bottlenecks to keep initiatives on track.

3. Digital Transformation

  • Design and implement process automations using low-code/no-code tools (e.g. Zoho CRM, Make.com).
  • Audit and optimise existing platforms; pilot emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Train and coach teams on new workflows, ensuring sustainable adoption.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing and/or operations—ideally within PE-backed or high-growth settings.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in customer acquisition, operational efficiency or digital transformation.
  • Strong project-management skills; adept at juggling multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent English & Vietnamese (verbal and written);
  • Comfortable working under pressure with a “get-things-done” attitude.
