Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer/Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support, network administration, and cloud services. As a Network Engineer/Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and assisting with cloud migration projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain remote desktop and server environments.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain cloud-based solutions such as OneDrive and AWS.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of cloud migration projects.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network administration and technical support.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on technology usage and best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Btech/BCA preferred).
  • Proven experience in technical support and network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of remote desktop and server environments.
  • Familiarity with user management and access control systems.
  • Proficiency in cloud services such as OneDrive and AWS.
