The focus of the role will be:
- Take cross-functional leadership and work across departments to ensure customer focus is at the heart of solution development and deployment along the entire product life cycle.
- Recommend new solutions per Segment based on identified Market needs, cross and upselling opportunities
- Ensure solutions are matching customer needs and replicate solutions within similar industry fields
- Support a value driven pricing strategy, ensure profitability and identify cross- and upselling potentials
- Define Value Propositions per solution in dose cooperation with segment heads and sales
- Gain customer insights for relevant product segments through interviews, surveys, focus groups etc.
- Generate knowledge database on competitor solutions
- Manage product design, including packaging and naming conventions for solution packages and components.
- Ensure customer centric communication and customer experience excellence at each touchpoint
- Produce Solution Marketing collateral and customer support material in close cooperation with sales and customer solution teams
- Manage the solution marketing mix and ensure execution through Marketing Programs Managers
- Define and manage all Product Launches within the Product Segment
- Evaluation, monitoring and understand tangibles in regards for marketing activity success
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a product / solution marketing role in B2B, preferred in the area of IT, Software or Digitalisation
- Educational Background in Marketing (e.g. Bachelor or Master) is preferred
- Experience and /or preference in/ for startup environment
- You have practical experience in the area of Launchmarketing and Pricing / Pricemarketing
- You understand what Customer Experience means and how to convert that knowledge
- You know how to do proper market research and how to use the results
- You are a self starter who is able and willing to work in a virtual team with a virtual boss
- You are a result driven marketer, feeling comfortable taking the initiative in a fast passed environment
