Newgen is seeking a motivated sales resource to join our fast-paced, high-growth software Enterprise. Responsibilities includes generation of new business opportunities from Indonesian market from various verticals for the purpose of sales and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales Lead, Build Pipeline, Convert Pipeline to Sales Numbers.
- Develop and grow the Banking and financial sector business for Newgen products & solution
- Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, account mapping.
- Meet Quarterly & Annual Target for the Sales
- Manage & grow Newgen partner echo system in Indonesia
- Create Newgen’s visibility in Indonesia Market through participating in event, Seminars, Webinars and in social media -shows.
- Strategize the Winning approach for the opportunities and accounts
- Proactively scan the market, Do research, Connect with Marketing, Cold Calling to generate leads.
- Manage Customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics
Skill Set Required
- Passionate for sales with burning desire to achieve results
- Self-motivated and go-getter personnel who can drive sales independently
- A good understanding of Indonesian market with strong experience of selling high ticket value based solutions
- Social person with good PR Skills and having strong relationship in banking sector of Indonesia.
- Experience of Selling Software Products/Solutions in Banking & financial sector.
- Ability to do connect with desired stake holders & do mapping of Key Decision Makers and Key Influential’s at CXO levels
- Ability to conceptualize solutions and articulate them with prospects to develop business opportunities and sales
- Excellent business acumen and communications skills
- Candidate with Bahasa Indonesia language skills will be preferred.
Qualifications
Qualification and Experience
- Management and/ or graduate from an institute of repute with 5-7 years of experience of selling S/W products and or software services of which minimum of 2-3 years has to be in Indonesian market or SEA region.
- Must have experience in selling to C level in Banking and financial sector.
- Must have sales experience of Indonesia market
