Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy and ambitious Junior Sales and Business Development Manager located in Shanghai.

Working closely with our Senior Sales Managers and international sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for qualifying our incoming requests, responding to new leads, identifying buyer personas, continuously shaping the sales pipeline, and helping to fuel our growth engine to increase New Horizons’ commercial presence in Asia.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Qualify prospect requests by understanding their hiring and expansion challenges in detail
  • Educate potential customers about our employment services and how they sustainable benefit from our solutions
  • Become an expert in the global expansion industry to truly understand our prospect’s needs
  • Build your professional brand, prospect new leads, and build your own pipeline by engaging with prospects through individual emails, social media, or cold calling
  • Be the first point of contact for our potential customers and represent New Horizons

Qualifications

In addition to a keen interest in global business and the ability to become a subject-matter expert on global expansion topics, you must possess: 

  • A highly detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluency in English and Chinese with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Success-driven, with a positive can-do attitude and combining commitment with self-initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A university degree preferably in Business/Management, or first working experience in sales or any other growth functions
