New England Confectionary Company is the oldest continuously operating multi-line confectionery company with operations starting in 1847. Out of its Revere, MA facility, the Company manufactures, sells and distributes many well-known brands nationally such as Sweethearts, NECCO Wafers, Mary Jane, Mighty Malts, Clark, Skybar and many others. NECCO is private equity backed.

• To properly bag candy in the appropriate bag sizes. Able to pack and inspect
  bags.


• To visually inspect candy to ensure proper wrapping


• Move candy to machine for re-wrapping as needed


• Ensure the cleanliness of machine and work area


• Follow company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)


• Follow company safety requirements


• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One years experience in a production work environment
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift/or move up to 50 pounds.
