New England Confectionary Company is the oldest continuously operating multi-line confectionery company with operations starting in 1847. Out of its Revere, MA facility, the Company manufactures, sells and distributes many well-known brands nationally such as Sweethearts, NECCO Wafers, Mary Jane, Mighty Malts, Clark, Skybar and many others. NECCO is private equity backed.

To move candy, materials and supplies for proper and effective production of
candy.

• Replace rolls and packaging supplies as needed


• Palletize and stretch wrap finished product


• Utilize hand jacks to move material or bins as needed


• Complete Production Tickets/Item Move Tags with production information


• Visually check date code and seals as needed


• Complete production reports as needed


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


• Ensure the cleanliness of machine and work area


• Follow company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)


• Follow company safety requirements


• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be:

• One year experience in a production or material handling work environment
• High School dipoloma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours listed above
