As the Regional Sales Manager of the organization, you will be required to have an in-depth knowledge of how technology is used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges. This position requires strategic thinking/planning coupled with tactical execution of identified business opportunities.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships effectively and communicating at all levels while developing new opportunities for our client’s solutions. In this position, you will have to identify new sales prospects within the region and work directly with end-user prospects and through channel partners, drive new logo business

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Heavy focus on new accounts in the region
    • This being a predominately “hunter” focused role, control the sales process and drive leads to closure to generate new revenues.
    • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
    • Generate new sales and consistently close new business at or above quota level
    • Develop and implement specific customer account and opportunity plans in accordance with company objectives and quota targets
    • Attend tradeshows and marketing events upon request

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in selling networking/security solutions or Enterprise Software to Enterprise customers
    • Proven experience in sales and acquisition of new enterprise-level clients
    • An established network of contacts at major enterprise accounts in the region
    • Knowledge of sales forecasting tools as SalesForce or Oracle
    •  Experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the customer relationship at all levels, and the implementation/execution of the account plans.

    • Ability to travel
