Job Description

We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator to support our in-person and virtual corporate marketing initiatives and increase our marketplace and product engagement and awareness for NP-View and NP-Live. As our only Coordinator on the team, you will have the opportunity to impact and contribute to various marketing campaigns across physical and virtual events, social media and digital, and content creation and distribution.

What You Will Do

  • Support all aspects of the NP’s corporate marketing strategy, including in person events, virtual webinars and digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables, key results, and timelines to meet internal and external deadlines and budgets.
  • Support professional content creation in close partnership with our leadership, sales, and marketing teams to support campaigns and key marketing initiatives across various platforms.
  • Coordinate and take ownership of our corporate presence at trade shows and industry events by taking ownership of attendance checklists and preparation, set up and take down, and ensuring a smooth experience for our team and our clients during the event.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and leadership team to analyze and leverage data from Marketo, SFDC, and campaign performance to improve our programs and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1+ years of corporate marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B software industry
  • Any experience working in Marketo (our current tool), HubSpot, Pardot, or other marketing automation platforms is a plus!
  • Project and time management skills as evidenced in coordinating multiple vendors, competing priorities, and unrelated deadlines and budgets
  • A willingness to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and a small, close knit team
