Job Description

We are searching for a Marketing Manager enhance the Network Perception voice and brand and increase our marketplace and product engagement and awareness for NP-View and NP-Live. As our in-house Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to create and execute various marketing campaigns across physical and virtual events, social media and digital, and content creation and distribution.

This person will act as the hub for all marketing activity and content – creating processes and systems to organize and execute projects with collaboration from internal teams and external partners. An ideal candidate will have past experience leading corporate marketing strategy within lean, entrepreneurial marketing teams in support of early stage, high growth businesses – preferably in the tech space.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns with insightful, productive content that is consistent with the look, feel, and style of the Network Perception brand and story.
  • Own and manage brand architecture (style, tone, voice, etc.), PR and communications strategy, digital marketing, trade shows and corporate events, and lead generation activities.
  • Plan and attend industry trade shows and corporate events that showcase the Network Perception product and brand and translate corporate sponsorship and attendance into qualified leads.
  • Act as the SME for our internal sales and marketing automation tools including SalesForce.com and Marketo. Leverage data and develop reports to create actionable insights for our leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of corporate marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B software industry
  • Hands-on experience working in Marketo (our current tool), HubSpot, Pardot, or other marketing automation platforms and an understanding of digital marketing best practices (strategy, UI/UX principles, development, measurement and analytics, etc.)
  • Strong examples of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns that have resulted in true growth opportunities for products / businesses
  • Proven project and time management skills as evidenced in coordinating multiple vendors, competing priorities, and unrelated deadlines and budgets
  • Analytical marketing mindset capable of identifying and tracking multiple KPIs and metrics to quantify marketing and results
  • The ability to foster collaboration across departments and functions to facilitate progress towards broader organizational goals (i.e. “see the forest through the trees”)
  • A willingness to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and a small, close knit team
