Job Description

We are searching for a Director, Corporate Marketing to position and communicate the Network Perception brand and story in the marketplace. As our first in-house corporate Marketing leader, you will have the opportunity to leverage previously created assets and collateral and provide a new, comprehensive marketing strategy to take our business to the next level. 

The Director will lead the development and implementation of our PR, communications, and digital marketing campaigns, corporate events and trade show strategy, and inbound lead generation process. An ideal candidate will have past experience leading broad marketing strategy with lean marketing teams in support of early stage, high growth businesses – preferably in the tech space.

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage our corporate marketing strategy inclusive of brand architecture (style, tone, voice, etc), PR and communications strategy, digital marketing, trade shows and corporate events, and lead generation activities. 
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns with insightful, productive content that is consistent with the look, feel, and style of the Network Perception brand and story.
  • Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with external partners and third-party agencies related to various marketing initiatives and programs. 
  • Plan and attend industry trade shows and corporate events that showcase the Network Perception product and brand, and translate corporate sponsorship and attendance into qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners in sales, product, professional services, and finance to solve business problems impacting the growth and strategy of Network Perception.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of corporate marketing leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B software industry
  • Strong examples of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns that have resulted in true growth opportunities for products / businesses 
  • Proven project and time management skills as evidenced in coordinating multiple vendors, competing priorities, and unrelated deadlines and budgets 
  • Analytical marketing mindset capable of identifying and tracking multiple KPIs and metrics to quantify marketing and results
  • The ability to foster collaboration across departments and functions to facilitate progress towards broader organizational goals (i.e. “see the forest through the trees”)
  • A willingness to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and a small, close knit team
