Job Description

Network For Good has launched a new SaaS based donor management solution that helps small nonprofits cultivate supporters and raise more funds. For our customers to be successful with our software, they need guidance and inspiration that drives usage of the software and best practices in their fundraising activities.

Therefore, we are looking for an analytical problem solver, passionate about customer experience, to drive all post purchase mass and automated communications to our customers. Your goal is to motivate and enable software users to adopt our solution in their daily lives, successfully fundraise and subsequently renew their annual subscription for the service. You must be a passionate learner in understanding our users’ challenges, understand conversion optimization techniques and have experience in executing email and in-product messaging campaigns that drive user behavior. In this role, you will be a key member of our Customer Success team and work in tight collaboration with both the Product Management and Marketing functions at Network for Good.

The key responsibilities are:

• Work closely with Customer Success Managers to understand user challenges and identify successful remediation tactics that can be scaled up across the user base
• Formulate, execute and measure effectiveness of adoption and renewal marketing campaigns across thousands of customers and users
• Collaborate with creative marketing resources (graphics, copy writing) to generate emails, in product banners/messages, text messages and videos
• Work with product team to create in product experiences that educate users and expand product usage
• Coordinate all post purchase customer communications with other departments to ensure customers are not overwhelmed or distracted, but driven to adopt our software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 2 or more years’ experience in a similar role.
• Track record of impacting KPIs such as % Users Adopted, % Retention
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform segmentation and customer communications
• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Marketo
• Experience with in-product communication tools such as Intercomm
• Familiarity using Web tracking tools such as Kissmetrics, Fullstory, Crazy Egg
• Experience with running A/B response tests
