Job Description

The Manager, Talent Attraction is responsible for managing the recruitment and employee onboarding processes in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. This position will be integral in ensuring Network for Good continues to grow and evolve its teams in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and plans.

The key responsibilities are:
• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for all aspects of the organization including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, as well as temporary employees
• Manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish by working with business units to determine and coordinate their current and long-term staffing needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the company’s operational leaders, external professional organizations and industry contacts to identify qualified leaders and professionals
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract qualified candidates
• Source passive and active candidates; keeping an active pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct external benchmarking, research and generate data-driven insights that will advance the company’s talent attraction and recruiting efforts and enable the most efficient and effective use of job boards, recruiting tools and systems, and associated workflows
• Evaluate and audit current job boards and search engines (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to determine the right sites for recruiting across all functions
• Identify new and creative staffing solutions in order to continue to meet the dynamic needs of the organization
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members, including conducting new-employee orientations
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics designed to measure staffing activity
• Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in human resources or related field and PHR/SPHR or related professional certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience including 3 years recruitment experience.
• Prior experience working in a fast paced and sales driven environment
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of federal/state employment labor laws and EEO compliance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to exercises independent judgment in deciding priorities, processes and procedures
• Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing requirements and demands
