Job Description

The role

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to set team goals and track roadmaps
  • Monitor information flow throughout the team, help initiative participants and other stakeholders understand where the gaps are, suggest and execute fixes
  • Facilitate project retrospectives to collect feedback, draw out lessons learned, and document best practices
  • Create canonical documentation of plans and processes, driving consistency and alignment across teams
  • Create systems to track and prioritize needs and challenges
  • Track projects, timelines and commitments on internal projects and customer deliverables


Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the project management of complex cross-BU projects, some with technology components
  • The ability to coordinate and facilitate the delivery in an agile organisation
  • You have a 'system' not silo view and can think and plan strategically
  • The role may be externally facing and requires the ability to translate internal content and deliverables into a stakeholder context
  • Financial Services/Payments domain knowledge including network schemes (MasterCard/Visa) is required
  • Very good communication skills, tailored to large cross-culture and country organizations
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines at a fast pace
  • Keen attention to detail and proficiency in finding solutions to problems
  • The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems

Your qualifications

  • You are ideally based in UK or Germany
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a large-scale FS/payments business
  • Certifications in Project Management, SAFe or Agile helpful
  • BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
