Job Description
So, what are the main responsibilities of a Digital Communications & Online Campaign Consultant in Netcompany?
As a Digital Communications & Online Campaign Consultant, you will:
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on digital communication initiatives, campaigns, and online engagement activities.
- Recommend and promote innovative digital communication trends, tools, methodologies, and AI solutions to enhance communication effectiveness.
- Develop and support the implementation of online marketing and content promotion strategies, including SEO best practices.
- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of digital communication campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Define KPIs and monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital communication and social media activities.
- Conduct social media monitoring, trend analysis, and prepare analytical reports with actionable recommendations.
- Perform stakeholder, SWOT, and strategic analyses to support communication planning and decision-making.
- Facilitate discussions, participate in working groups, and communicate complex information through presentations to diverse audiences.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Political Science, European Studies, Information Technology, or another relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital communications strategy, online campaigns, and communication planning.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and reporting skills, including KPI development and performance measurement.
- Good knowledge of digital communication trends, online marketing, SEO, web analytics, and social media monitoring tools.
- Understanding of AI-powered communication tools and their application in optimizing digital channels and content delivery.
- Knowledge of EU data protection requirements, online communication regulations, and compliance considerations.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder analysis, assess strategic opportunities and risks, and formulate evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of EU policies.
