As a Senior Data Architect, you will work in the intersection of technology and business. Data is at the core of everything we do, and our analyses, advice, and solutions consistently create real value for our customers. Your work involve developing technical solutions to collect, process, model, analyze, distribute, and visualize data.
To provide the best possible advice and support to our customers, we place great importance on staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data management. You will work with a broad range of market-leading technologies, including Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Microsoft SQL Server, Spark, Kafka, Dagster, Airflow, Terraform and others.
Responsibilites:
Designing, modeling, and building data solutions such as data platforms, data warehouse architecture, and business intelligence applications.
Taking co-ownership of data architecture, defining technical direction, and driving customer advisory, data strategy, and business analysis in collaboration with the project team and customer.
Leading and mentoring team members, prioritizing and organizing work, and providing technical guidance and direction.
Quickly getting up to speed on existing solutions and taking ownership of them, while defining the right path forward for new projects based on best practices.
Performing technical quality assurance and reviews on data models, ETL processes, and solution architecture across projects.
About you
You hold a relevant degree in data science, software engineering, computer science, mathematical modelling, or a similar field, along with solid professional experience in data management. Through your professional experience, you have gained deep technical expertise and a structured, logical approach to solving complex data challenges. As a Senior Data Architect, you are comfortable stepping into a leadership role guiding both people and the technical direction, and you thrive in a collaborative, development-oriented environment with a focus on continuous learning.
To succeed in this role, you have significant experience with:
Designing and implementing data solutions, including data modelling, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing.
Multiple languages and technologies such as various versions of SQL, Python, and R, as well as Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, Microsoft SQL Server, Databricks, Dagster, Terraform and others.
Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Supporting customers and colleagues through professional expertise and guidance.
Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
