Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in Netcompany’s Digital Transformation Advisory team you will operate at the forefront of client engagement to shape, define and mobilise digital transformation initiatives.
This is a role spanning business consulting, presales and early-stage delivery. You will:
- Engage clients at a business challenge level, not just technical solutioning
- Translate complex organisational challenges into actionable transformation opportunities
- Support the development of strategic opportunities and downstream delivery
- Support discovery and problem-shaping engagements
You will play a critical role in connecting client needs to Netcompany’s broader capabilities, including platforms, data, AI and digital services.
Key responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Work directly with client stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize business challenges and opportunities. Facilitate workshops, interviews and analysis to build a shared understanding of current state and future ambition
- Discovery & Analysis: Support early-stage discovery engagements, helping clients articulate problems, opportunities and transformation priorities to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives and deliver sustainable outcomes
- Solution Shaping: Translate business requirements into transformation strategies that balance business value, user needs, and technical feasibility
- Transformation planning: Support the development of business cases, roadmaps, and implementation strategies
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside delivery teams, architects, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless transition from advisory to execution
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership and share best practices within the advisory and broader organization
Qualifications
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles focused on digital transformation, strategy or business change
- Demonstrated ability to work across both presales and delivery contexts
- Experience shaping early-stage opportunities, business cases or transformation roadmaps
- Experience in one of the following areas advantageous but not essential: Transport and Logistics, Defence Manufacturing
Skills & Capabilities
- Problem Solving & Structuring: Strong ability to frame ambiguous problems and structure them into actionable components
- Communication & Storytelling: Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives, confident facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills across clients and internal teams, comfortable
