Associate Consultant, Netcompany Consulting
- Full-time
Job Description
At Netcompany, we are looking for recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree who want a challenging, social and developing start to their career as an Associate Consultant. Are you excited by the opportunity to work on complex IT solutions that make a real impact, while combining hands-on development with project delivery and close client interaction?
The Associate Consultant role exists across both Application Services and Consulting. The main difference lies in how you work with clients and solutions, and which setup fits your interests best. Either a more project-oriented environment (Consulting) or a more long-term, team- and solution-driven setup (Application Services).
Responsibilities & technologies
As an Associate Consultant, you contribute to translating customer needs into the right technical solution. We choose the technologies that best fit each project and client. As a result, you should enjoy working across a variety of technologies and domains, while continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise.
A large portion of our projects are based on web-based technologies such as Angular or React and Java or C# on a Java or .NET platform. In addition, we work with many standard platforms from Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, Snowflake, Guidewire, and others.
As an Associate Consultant, you will contribute to all aspects of system development with focus on technical tasks. Your tasks and responsibilities will vary from project to project and evolve over time, but your responsibilites will typically include:
- Setup and development of frameworks and integrations.
- Implementation of user interface features.
- Configuration and development of extensions for standard platforms.
- Automation of business processes through, for example, batch jobs.
- Development of tools and scripts for migration of large volumes of data.
You will join a team with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. What we all have in common is a technical mindset and shared ambition to build the best possible IT solutions together.
Our projects include some of Denmark’s most innovative and mission-critical IT initiatives across the public and private sectors, meaning you will help shape and improve everyday life for a large part of society.
About you
We expect you to hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, software, IT, or a similar field. To succeed in this role, you:
- Are newly graduated or have a couple of years of experience. Most importantly, you are passionate about taking your IT career to the next level.
- Possess strong IT technical skills within object-oriented programming.
- Have fundamental knowledge of software development and are motivated to develop your competencies.
- Think analytically, show initiative, and work in a structured way.
- Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
