Associate Consultant til Netcompany Application Services (Swedish speaking)
- Heltid
Om rollen
At Netcompany, we’re looking for recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree who want a challenging, social, and fast-developing start to their career as an Associate Consultant. Do you want to help build some of Denmark’s most complex and business-critical IT solutions — in a role where software development, project management, and close client collaboration shape your everyday work?
The Associate Consultant role exists across both Application Services and Consulting. The main difference lies in how you work with clients and solutions, and which setup fits your interests best — either a more project-oriented environment (Consulting) or a more long-term, team- and solution-driven setup (Application Services).
Responsibilities & Technologies
As an Associate Consultant, you’ll help translate client needs into the right technical solutions. We use the technologies that best fit the project and the client, so it’s important that you enjoy working with new and varied technologies and domains while continuously developing your skill set.
A large part of our projects are based on web technologies such as Angular or React, combined with Java or C# on Java or .NET platforms. We also work with several enterprise platforms including Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, Snowflake, Guidewire, and more.
As an Associate Consultant, you’ll contribute across the full software development lifecycle with a strong technical focus. Your tasks and responsibilities will vary from project to project and evolve over time, but your day-to-day work will typically include:
- Building and developing frameworks and integrations
- Implementing features in the user interface
- Configuring and developing extensions for enterprise platforms
- Automating business processes, for example through batch jobs
- Developing tools and scripts for large-scale data migrations
You’ll join a team with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise — what we all have in common is a strong technical mindset and a shared ambition to build the best possible IT solutions together.
Our projects include some of Denmark’s most innovative and mission-critical IT initiatives across the public and private sectors, meaning you’ll help shape and improve everyday life for a large part of society.
About You
We imagine that you hold a university degree at bachelor’s or master’s level in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field. In addition, we expect that you:
- Are a recent graduate or have a few years of experience — the most important thing is your motivation to take your IT career to the next level
- Have solid technical skills within object-oriented programming
- Have a foundational understanding of software development and a strong willingness to grow your competencies
- Think analytically, show initiative, and work in a structured way
