Job Description
What does it feel like to be a Logistics Inventory Support Operator in Netcompany?
As a Logistics Inventory Support Operator, you will:
- Perform daily and yearly physical checks of installed IT equipment and maintain the CMDB up to date.
- Analyze gaps between physical assets and the inventory base, and carry out additional verifications when needed.
- Investigate missing items by contacting the last known user or the relevant IT team through appropriate channels.
- Record and update the inventory upon confirmation of an item’s presence, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Conduct on-site verifications, including scanning and tracking of IT assets upon request.
- Ensure proper administrative and inventory follow-up, processing all update requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with the distribution of materials during Blue Book onboarding sessions.
- Propose to DIGIT the closure of physical checks for a DG, including a documented list of items to be written off.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Knowledge of logistics processes for goods and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the Office suite
- Knowledge of IT consumer market products
- Ability to quickly learn and assimilate procedures
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Good command of English and French (B2 level)
- Valid Category B driving license (optional)
