Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of an On-Site Service Support Agent in Netcompany?
As an On-Site Service Support Agent you will:
- Manage incident lifecycle: log, diagnose, categorise, prioritise, resolve, close, and escalate when needed
- Ensure full incident ownership and clear communication throughout the lifecycle
- Handle service requests (in-policy and out-of-policy), including authorisation processes
- Provide onsite support at user or temporary locations when required
- Execute and manage IMACD tasks and workstation lifecycle events
- Perform IT equipment moves (desktops, laptops, monitors, printers) and image management
- Deliver hardware and software support, including hands-on hardware repair
- Conduct testing activities and generate periodic reports on OSS activities
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- More than 3 years of relevant working experience in similar customer oriented IT support role
- Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
- Strong experience with support in common desktop software on a Windows environment and corresponding hardware
- Good understanding of ITIL processes including Incident Management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients and team members on technical topics
- Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Detail-oriented, collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
What could be an asset for the role:
- Strong knowledge of Apple iPhone, macOS, and their ecosystem, as well as mobile operating systems
- Experience with videoconferencing tools and software, including setup, troubleshooting, and monitoring of calls
- Solid understanding of VoIP telephony environments and mobile device management (MDM) tools
- Knowledge of database monitoring, maintenance, and management
