Job Description

  • Provide direct assistance to the Delivery Lead with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Create and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs to maintain project momentum
  • Prepare status reports and executive summaries for stakeholder communications
  • Help manage project dependencies, constraints, and critical path activities
  • Support resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team performance
  • Act as a liaison between the Delivery Lead and technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and risk registers
  • Assist in the creation and tracking of project budgets and financial forecasts
  • Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and lessons learned sessions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project health and progress
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and methodologies to enhance team efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project issues and risks
  • Support change management processes, including impact assessments and communication plans
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and statements of work for new initiatives

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of ITIL4 practices is essential; ITIL4 Foundation certification is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps is a critical requirement, including:
  • Demonstrated ability to create and meticulously maintain work items, user stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps
  • Expertise in configuring and maintaining Azure DevOps boards for precise project tracking and sprint planning
  • Proven capability to generate detailed reports and dashboards for accurate tracking of project progress and metrics
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are imperative for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.

Additional Information

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be reliable and flexible.
  • Hours of work will be between 08:00 - 18:00, with an 8-hour working day staggered across the 10-hour timeframe.
