Ever wondered what it feels like to be a National Sales Account Manager in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a National Sales Account Manager, you will be  responsible for establishing and maintaining the commercial business plans to promote sales growth in Public Sector IT projects in an International IT Company. You will act as the point of contact with existing and potential customers, answer their queries and increase customer satisfaction. Your role is to help develop and execute sales plans for key accounts. You will use your knowledge and communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while representing our company in a positive way. Furthermore, you will contribute to improving long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives.

As a National Sales Account Manager you will:

  • Own a specific Public Sector clientele to grow & maintain relationships, develop & execute on pipeline to meet quota and relevant KPIs for software, solutions, and Professional Services
  • Build strong and positive relationships with customers and partners at various levels
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Promote new applications and professional services to existing clients
  • Identify opportunities for business development with both existing and new customers
  • Gather information about potential market segments and competition
  • Lead & orchestrate the entire customer sales process with the extended sales team (Solutions Architects, Project managers, Executive Team, Alliances, Legal etc.) and external partners
  • Provide after-sales support for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements and queries
  • Provide regular sales reports
  • Actively play a part in ensuring financial targets are reached
  • Quick response via emails to customers’ and partners’ queries
  • Update customer DB and pipeline
  • Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
  • Meet assigned expectations for profitability
  • Ensure collection on payments of due invoices
  • Ensure that the breadth target for the company is met
  • Continuously assess customer business requirements, maintain, and educate stakeholders on product’s value proposition and best-in-class products.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • BSc. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area
  • 1-3 years of experience at Information Technology business development
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Good knowledge of Public Sector tendering, and knowledge of European Funds (ESPA – RRF) processes
  • Very good command of MS Office
  • Excellent communications skills (Greek & English)
  • Ability to handle multi partners at the same time, and recruit new partners
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry
  • Solid ability of pipeline management
  • Experience at Information Technology business development for Public Sector customers in Greece will be considered a plus.
