Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, analytical, and outcome-driven B2B Senior Marketing Consultant to join Netcompany UK’s high-performing marketing team. Based in either London or Leeds and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing UK, you will be a part of the team driving forward and executing Netcompany UK’s ambitious Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and plan. The B2B Senior Marketing Consultant  will manage and execute a mix of campaigns – from strategic ABM to wider Lead Generation, support in business market trend analysis and product positioning, and implement our strategy in communicating Netcompany UK’s value proposition effectively. 

Role Responsibilty

  • Report directly to the Head of Marketing UK and work closely on the execution of the UK Marketing Strategy. 
  • Plan, execute, manage, and optimise end-to-end B2B Marketing campaigns for Netcompany UK’s core market industries: Transport & Logistics, Healthcare, Defence & Manufacturing, Central Government. 
  • Align with GTM and Centre of Excellence (COE) leads to create high-impact and value proposition-led collateral, such as sales brochures, core presentations, and other USP-based tools. 
  • Drive lead generation activities through multi-channel marketing: LinkedIn and SEO/PPC campaigns, marketing partnerships, magazine/publication advertisements, email blasts, paid ads, advertorials, etc.  
  • Analyse and co-develop local market and sector trend reports, as well as competitor and prospects landscapes, to help better inform our strategy, product positioning, and campaign prioritisation. 
  • Work side-by-side with the UK Field Marketer and UK Digital Marketer to coordinate complementary campaigns alongside UK events, conferences, roundtables, and other Field activities and to support onsite if needed. 
  • Effectively negotiate with marketing channel suppliers and partners, keeping within campaign budgets.  

Qualifications

  • Commercially minded multi-tasker: Connect the dots within a business and be organised, driven, creative and adaptable.  
  • Excellent communicator: Strong copywriting, clear written and verbal communication as well as strong interpersonal skills 
  • Fast-paced problem-solver: Work in a fast-paced, “all-hands-on-deck”, team environment. 
  • Strong eye for spotting market opportunities: This role is also open for those who have some experience as a B2B Conference Producer or Events Curator / Programmer in the Public Sector in the past. 
  • Tech-savvy with good business acumen: Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft365, email marketing platforms, project management platforms (Notion), CRM, CMS, Teams and experience in driving forward the sales cycle, marketing funnel, customer journey, combined with an outcome-driven attitude.

As this role requires decision-making autonomy, negotiations and digital marketing budget management, the ideal candidate must have extensive experience within B2B marketing and have strong passion with matched experience for B2B marketing and lead generation.
