Job Description
A day in the life of a Project Manager for Large European Institutions Projects
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in implanting projects around Service Desk Operations, or Operations in general (support, maintenance, etc.)
Qualifications
If you have
- Minimum of 5 Years of Project Management Experience - specifically in IT or related projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven Experience in Service Desk Operations - experience in setting up, managing, and/or transitioning IT service desks.
- Experience with ITSM Tools.
- Demonstrated Success in Project Deliverables - clear track record of successful project completion, on time and within budget.
- Experience with managing Training for Service Desk Agents/Operations (training material, organize training sessions, etc)
- Excellent Communication Skills - proficiency in communicating across all organizational levels, from team members to high-level stakeholders.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - ability to troubleshoot, solve complex problems, and provide practical business solutions.
- Adaptability and Flexibility - capable of managing multiple priorities and rapid changes in technology, direction, and strategy.
- Proficiency in Project Management Software - such as Microsoft Project or similar.
- Understanding of Network and Infrastructure - basics of IT infrastructure that supports service desk operations.
It would be nice if you had
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2, etc.
- ITIL4 Certification - Foundation level as a minimum.
