• Managing and building skilled teams.
• Ensure resource allocation and workload assignment according to delivery of Projects and capacity building needs.
• Build a strategy to grow the current team to meet project demands coupled with subcontracting specific talents or subcontractors.
• Present/update/implement the strategy in coordination with the Company’s management.
• Set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet delivery goals based on customers’ requirements and the Delivery Teams capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange and quality of work.
• Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
• Day to day management of the Delivery teams and PMO
• Manage and make decisions on the pre-sales activities that get required by the Business Development teams.
• Participate in solution architecting for major and key projects.
• Ensuring that procedures and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
• Overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, and resolving problems that arise.
• Analyze resources competencies and ensure the design and implementation of resources’ specific performance plans 
• Provide expert and strategic advice to members of the leadership team on technology matters affecting the Company.
• Manage Delivery projects whenever needed and/or assigned by management
• Submit monthly operational progress report (for achievements and pending issues) for all Delivery areas.
• Oversee the implementation of support agreements with the company customers, including creating and following on contractual SLA’s and alignment with Vendor SLA.
• Ensure the that RFP documents are responded to adequately especially in Oracle/SAP related projects, with regards to the technical architecture component.
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement

• 18+ years of experience in IT industry, preferably with SAP/ Oracle partners
• Strong People Management skills
• PMP Certificate is a plus
