We are looking for a Business Analyst - Product Owner who will be working for one of our client, an EU institution based in Brussels. 

Your main duties will be the following:

• Define business strategy and long-term product vision with stakeholders(internal and external).
• Serve as primary liaison between development team and stakeholders.
• Analyze complex business needs and model them into user stories and features.
• Manage and refine the Product Backlog, prioritizing items based on business needs.
• Plan and deliver increments during Sprints, presenting demos as required.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Leader/Scrum Master throughout development lifecycle.
• Provide clarifications, solve problems, and drive decisions.
• Support resolution of production issues and ensure delivery of high-quality software.

• Continuously learn and gain domain knowledge in Intellectual Property.

If you have:

• Master's degree with 10+ years experience OR Bachelor's degree with 14+ years experience.
• Proven experience in product ownership or business analysis in software development.
• Excellent capability to deconstruct requirements into user stories and lead analysis-related activities, like market research.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
